Congratulations to A/Prof Gustavo Machado who has been selected for the Australian Academy of Health and Medical Sciences (AAHMS) Mentorship Program!


Gustavo is one of 17 new mentees selected from a competitive national pool of applicants. As a mentee, Gustavo will join the AAHMS as an Associate Member for three years and will be working closely with experience Fellows as mentors.






The program is an incredible opportunity to learn from some of the top leaders in health and medical research. Mentors provide independent advice and support in career development, succession planning and leadership advancement.
